Shipping within Japan
Shipping within Japan costs ¥290, excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa and remote islands. Shipping to Hokkaido, Okinawa and remote islands in Japan costs ¥580. Free shipping applies to orders of ¥15,000 or more (including tax) per delivery address in Japan. These shipping rates and the free-shipping offer apply to deliveries within Japan only.
Dispatch and shipping to Taiwan
Orders are generally dispatched within 3 business days after confirmation. Eligible items are shipped from Japan to Taiwan by Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service). Available items and actual shipping charges are shown at checkout after a Taiwan delivery address is selected. Japanese domestic free-shipping offers do not apply to deliveries to Taiwan.
Delivery times and tracking
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather or carrier conditions. Delivery dates and times cannot be selected or guaranteed. Where tracking is available, tracking details are sent by email after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear.
Import duties, taxes and customs fees
Orders shipped to Taiwan may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees. Any charges collected at checkout will be shown before an order is placed. Charges not collected at checkout may be billed separately by the carrier or other parties. Whether charges apply and their amounts are determined by the relevant authorities in Taiwan and other applicable parties.
Addresses and delivery issues
Please verify your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if you need to correct the address or if a parcel is lost, damaged or significantly delayed.
Order changes, cancellations and contact
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed, even before dispatch, and orders cannot be changed after dispatch. Taiwan EMS shipping and DAP terms
Orders to Taiwan ship from Japan by Japan Post EMS under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. International EMS shipping is displayed and collected at checkout. Import duties, import VAT and customs processing charges, if applicable, are generally payable by the recipient under applicable law and may be collected separately by customs or the carrier. These charges are not included in the EMS shipping fee.
