Payment

Payment can be made by various credit cards and mobile payments.

[Number of uses]

You can pay in a lump sum or in 2, 3, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, or 24 installments.

*Some payment methods may not be available depending on the credit card.
*For revolving payments and payments in three or more installments, the purchaser will be charged a separate fee by the card issuer. Fees vary depending on the card company.
*In the following cases, installment payments and revolving payments may not be available. Please check with your card issuer for details.
1. If your card issuer does not offer installment or revolving payments.
Example: Some affiliated card companies with the VISA or Master logo.
2. If your card contract does not allow for installment or revolving payments.
3. American Express Revolving Cards will be paid in installments regardless of the payment plan you choose.

Regarding delivery

About shipping costs

・Nationwide flat rate (excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands): 290 yen ・Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands: 580 yen *Free shipping for orders of 15,000 yen (tax included) or more per delivery address *Delivery is only available within Japan.

Timing of product shipment

After confirming your order, we will ship it within 3 business days.
*Delivery dates may not be specified for Hokkaido, Okinawa Prefecture, and other remote islands across the country.

*Shipping Notice

When your item has been shipped, you will be notified by "Shipping Completion Email."
If you have not received your item within one week of receiving the shipping notification, please contact us via the inquiry form.

Regarding time designation

*Delivery may be delayed in the event of bad weather, busy periods for the delivery company, or traffic conditions.
*The only delivery company available will be Sagawa Express and you will not be able to choose the delivery company.

Things to check when ordering

・Please enter the building name and room number to ensure there are no errors in the delivery address.
・We cannot accept cancellations or color changes after an order has been placed, as this would cause inconvenience to other customers. Please check the color and size.
・We do not offer a service to combine multiple orders into one. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding long-term absence, refusal to receive, unknown address, and cancellation after product shipment

If you are not at home when the product is delivered, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox.
Please check the storage period and be sure to request redelivery from the delivery company.

If the item is returned to us after the storage period has expired, a handling fee of 2,000 yen will be charged.
(*Additional fees may apply for Okinawa Prefecture and other remote islands.)
Please note that we do not accept any cancellations after shipment.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
*Please note that if payment of the fee is not confirmed by the due date, you will be denied use of our services in the future.

○Whether or not shipping costs for returns and exchanges are covered

*The "cooling off" system stipulated in the "Act on Specified Commercial Transactions" etc. is a system that mainly applies to "door-to-door sales."
Please note that this does not apply to mail order sales.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the following conditions apply:

・Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago・Products that have been used・Products with tags or labels that have been cut off or damaged・Products with damaged or missing packaging・Products that have become smelly, scratched or dirty while in the customer's possession・Products that are listed as "non-returnable" on the website, such as pre-ordered products and made-to-order products※We cannot accept returns for products that have passed the expiry date, even if they are defective. Please be sure to open the product and check the product when you receive it.
・We will cover the return and exchange shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to reasons on our side.

〇Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience

The shipping fee for returning the product and the shipping fee for sending the replacement product will be borne by the customer. For details, please contact us via the inquiry page.

Regarding cancellation after ordering

We do not allow cancellations after an order has been placed. Due to the system, a small amount of stock will be returned after the order is cancelled.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused to other customers due to differences in stock, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

About points

What are points?

When you make a purchase, points will be awarded according to the rank of the product, excluding the tax-excluded price (excluding the points used). Sale items are not eligible for points.
If you purchase a product from the online shop, points will be added after the product is shipped. To check the number of points, please check the "Point History" on your My Page.

Regarding the use of points

Members can use their point balance at a rate of 1 yen per point.
Please note that points can only be used to purchase products at our online store and cannot be used to purchase products on other sites.

Regarding point expiration date

If you do not purchase any products by presenting your membership card by the end of the month one year after your last purchase date, your earned points will automatically expire.
If you make a purchase before your points expire, your points will also have their expiration date renewed.
If you purchase a product from our online store, points will be awarded 5 days after the product is shipped.
