We normally ship within 3 business days after an order is placed (closed Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

If an item is out of stock

If an item you wish to purchase is out of stock, we will contact you by email or telephone. Thank you for your understanding.
If you would like to specify a delivery date and time, please do so when placing your order.
We only accept requested delivery dates within 10 days of receiving the order.
